Close 26 cents, +5 cents or 23.8% on 4x average daily volume.

Expect this up trend to continue IMO. Nothing for sale. Buyers will have to pay.
Market is different but this is an even better/more advanced/better holdings company than the one that peaked at ~68 cents in 2006. FYI... market value of NIS when it traded at 68 cents in April 2006 was about $21 million... market value of NIS today at 26 cents is only about $12 million... and now NIS is a PRODUCER!... lots of upside IMO.
