Wow what's up with large ask at 22 cents?

Coming out of nowhere as NIS typically very thinly traded (especially usually thin on the ask side)... could just be big player wanting to shake out all possible remaining shares at this level pre-breakout IMO.

Pre-market action could get interesting.
