(the "Company"), (CSE: NEU; OTCQB: NWWTF; FSE: 1W4) announced today that a cease trade order has been issued against the Company by the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) on December 11, 2015. The cease trade order was issued as a result of the Corporation's failure to file its annual financial statements for its fiscal year ended July 31, 2015, by the filing deadline of November 30, 2015 as prescribed by National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations. The Company is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
