NXHD more "prefered" swap

Late April: one million dollars equivalent in preferred share swap with Pure Play Music (PPML) again reinforces my last posts. No reporting, possible share conversion into ten billion shares. Not likely to be converted yet. Another reverse split would likely trigger conversion....

Without any news other than those diluting share swaps, I'd stay clear of this one. No harm watching only. Could we see a fourth RS in two years or so?
