To identify, acquire and exploit under-developed oil fields with large remaining resource that can be further developed with conventional and enhanced oil recovery (EOR) technologies.

• The Company has assembled a proprietary database of 1,300 domestic oil and gas fields which has allowed for the identification of a significant number of under-developed targets that could be developed using conventional and EOR technologies.

• Our management team has significant experience acquiring, developing and monetizing assets for a number of public and private companies both domestically and internationally.

• We have experienced technical staff with specific expertise in evaluation, acquisition, redevelopment and EOR technologies.
