Yes indeed, this one has been under the radar for quite some time while smart money was accumulating at the bottom. NMG is tightly held by management and the institutional investors do not yet have large enough positions in the stock to manipulate the share price as they are accustomed to do. Likely plenty of upside still to go with NMG as their Hudson Bay claims abut GXS's coal claims...location, location, location.
