Lewis Lawrick
Chairman

Mr. Lewis Lawrick is the managing director of Thorsen-Fordyce Merchant Capital Inc., a private Toronto-based merchant bank focused on resource industries. His expertise in capital markets and extensive knowledge of and contacts within the international mining industry will be of significant benefit to Normabec as it embarks on a new stage of growth. Mr. Lawrick has been or is currently a director of several other junior mining companies listed on both the TSX and TSX Venture exchanges. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (BCOM) from the University of Calgary.

Robert Ayotte
President, CEO and Director

Mr. Robert Ayotte brings wide-ranging administrative, financial and corporate development expertise to Normabec. He has been the chief executive officer of public companies since 1993. Prior to that, Mr. Ayotte served as vice president, corporate finance and mining analyst for two Canadian brokerage firms, He also acted as financial analyst and gold trader for a large crown corporation. Mr. Ayotte has a Bachelors degree in Administration ( Finance ).

Norman Giuliani
Director

Mr. Norman Giulani served as a chartered insurance broker and consultant with Marsh Canada Ltd., a world leader in insurance brokerage, until October 2000. Prior to that, he was the company's managing director.

John McBride
Director

Mr. McBride is the Managing Director of CC Capital Partners Group, a private investment and merchant banking enterprise. He has provided capital and strategic assistance to many successful early stage companies. During his career, Mr. McBride has been a significant shareholder, director and strategic advisor to several private and public companies, including: Northfield Capital Corporation, Dexit Inc., Softimage Inc., Anaconda Gold Inc., Andina Minerals Inc., Moto Goldmines Limited, Pan Global Energy Ltd. (subsequently Pearl Exploration and Production Ltd.), Quest Oil and Gas Inc., Merc International Mining Inc., MHI Energy Fund LLP, and Caspian Energy Inc.

Denis Simoneau
Director

Mr. Denis Simoneau has been Chairman of the Board and CEO of Birim Goldfields, a mining exploration company involved in Ghana, West Africa, since April 2006. Prior to that, he was the company's president and CEO for eleven years. Mr. Simoneau began his career as a geologist with Falconbridge and also worked as SOQUEM's Vice President, Exploration from 1980 to 1993.

Federico Villaseñor
Director

Mr. Federico Villaseñor is the director of financial planning for Luismin SA de CV, the Mexican subsidiary of Goldcorp Inc. and a member of the Mexican Mining Chamber Board. He obtained a BSc in Mining Engineering from the University of Guanajuato in 1972, an MSc from Columbia University in 1976, and a Finance Degree from the Instituto Tecnologico de Mexico in 1985.

Robert P. Boisjoli is Chief Financial Officer of Xanthus Life Sciences Inc, an oncology drug development company. Mr. Boisjoli has 25 years of expertise in the financing, valuating and structuring strategic direction for numerous companies. He was previously an investment banker with leading securities firm in Canada raising equity capital for clients.

Pierre O’Dowd
V-P Exploration

Pierre O’Dowd is a geologist and has accumulated more than 25 years of experience in mining exploration and development in Canada, Africa, Latin America and China. Mr O’Dowd worked for Noranda, Cambior, Falconbridge Copper and Breakwater. He has contributed to many discoveries and mine developments
