I'm leaning a bit towards UC. I too picked up FWR for Windfall and picked up a bit more this week for McFaulds. I also had some cash left & bought some KWG but will sell it when it is a clear double after commissions. Way too many shares o/s on those 2. The JV is rather simple, UC has to spend a piss pot of mony to earn 55% ant then then KWG/SPQ will have a residual 22.5% each.

UC has fewer share O/S and the main reason I will buy is Agoracom. Staring on the 20th UC will be here too. I can't believe the quality that this group is adding. When did you ever see a reply from any co. on a SUNDAY? The deal is the same for UC, $2000 per month and the 250000 options are at 57 cents (NOT was 50). I'd like to think that Agoracom will make over a $1M on each of these clients. If they do, i will make a bit too.... a couple of 4 baggers would be nice. I can't do that betting on the NFL on a Sunday.
