Maybe they are allowing the float to assemilate the wt stock a bit better... thus the real runup can happen without major downward pressure from the additional shares... I'm liking the consolidation...It is exactly what is needed before anoth sp price increase.

More news on the other projects will instill investor confidence as this being a multi project play....2 of them being stellar...JMHO
