I feel there will be some sort of anouncement with regards to a spin-off sometime this week...it makes perfect sence....and it was something Mr Nemis said in his interview when discussing the Windfall project that there would be a news release coming with regards to decisions made...perhaps by the end of the week....now the end of the week has come and gone and the only news was an update on Windfall....but nothing with regards to some decisions having been made.....so I think there is something else to come.....

So...let's say they do anounce a spin-off and it is as you suggest....a spin-off of DE.....how exactly would that occur....like...would it be subject to a vote by shareholders? How fast could this come to pass? I know that we as shareholders would end up with shares of both the old and the new....but not sure about the time frame or whether it could be announced and brought into play without a vote by shareholders.
