i see from other agoracom board you meant jsq me (not lsq, a typo). so in reply to your query regarding spin out of noront properties.
i have a fair background in finance so this is sort of up my alley.
how i would do it is similiar to what some have mentioned but with one twist.
split out the double eagle and james bay land into a seperate entity. a real key for this to work on the other assets is to do a spinoff of the other assets into a new company with far fewer shares disbursed.
ie nickel pgm strike in james bay goes to our new company x with same number of shares to all current shareholders of noront of course. this would give us broader market appeal as it would isolate the current big news and let the market focus on it exclusively.
the windfall lake and other items of interest also go to current shareholders, however not share for share. they would be disbursed 1 new share for every 5 old shares. this would have about 25 million shares outstanding fully diluted and would have a market cap above $1 per share at todays valuations. this would give us broader market appeal and remove us from the "penny dreadfuls" tag.
todays drop in price looks like a shake out after the recent run up from the financial post articles. they got our story out to a broader audience. as i have mentioned before, the story is not in front of the u.s. audience yet. todays reuters news story is a start but not really seen by many whom were not looking at these companys already. so lots of new buyers still to discover what we know. this shake out is minor. next news release will get us over this brief shake out. add in the u.s. investors a bit later and....
