It is important to realize that any issues with First Nations will not be a NOT problem. First of all, we apparently have a good open and peaceful dialogue with the First Nations people already.

If the one believes the stated objective is to drill like heck, prove up everything and then sell within 12- 18 months, the property will still be years from production.

The majors are used to dealing with indigineous peoples in many areas of the world including Canada. It will be their issue to solve. In the case of INCO, they bought Diamond Fields in 1996, 3 years after the discovery and got their final government approvals, including aboriginal and environmental concerns in 2002.
