I for one am FOR any and all JV....I don't think some investors fully understand the "mining game", especially in MMS NiCuPGEs....No time to go into in depth details now, suffice to say, their historical behavior has been nothing short of "Major Preditors".
Most of these mining camps they bought out on the cheap, have eventually yielded superb additional resources, which can last sometimes 30 to 50 years, and which the little Company and their shareholders knew nothing about, and were never really paid a penny for them... This is the very reason why these Majors want in quickly before the little Company and their shareholders catch on...
I would take my hat off everyday to Mr. Nemis, for fighting the great fight for NOT and it's shareholders....
YES...JV + is THE way he is fighting this Great fight...The PP was part of that...Majors know Small Companies NEED cash ! they can't do anythiing without it...Mr. Nemis I think recognized that NOT may be held down to deny this access to Capital, and so went out and made all kinds of JV's etc to bring as much Capital in as possible...
My view is that NOT will continue on it's path of inclusiion with JVs plus, with a view to drill and define as much of the McFaulds Camp as possible, raising the McFaulds prices in the market, in order to continue public financing the necessary expenditures.This process may take 2 to 4 years...I'd like someone learned here to answer this question for me....What World Class Major Deposits were drilled and outlined in 3 months?...Most these Camps are/were worked for 50 to 100 years before they were defined....
I suppose what I am saying is If you believe that the Major Preditors are going to give you $30 or $40 for your NOT today, I'm afraid you are mistaken...Even if NOT thru calculations was worth $40, I doubt very much any Major would give $40....The longer we hold on and drill and expand the known orebodies and discover many others the more NOT and McFaulds will be worth in the Market....Mr. Nemis seems to know that the entire McFaulds RoF is the next World class Mining Camp, and he wants (and his shareholders) wan to run this "game" for the best and full benefit of all involved...
How do I see this happening?...I see NOT eventually joining forces thru JV's maybe even Mergers etc..etc...Of course the final decision whether to stay in with the plan or not, is always up to each individual investor, however in my view a bit of a longer term view should be taken with McFaulds....Rome wasn't build in a day....
