Snug-I completely agree. I'm amazed that we don't see some rapid damage control out of SGS. This lack of any information, or some quick response from a principal of SGS is puzzling. Where in hades in their CEO? For a world-wide company they appear to not have learned anything from other companies that have faced similar difficulties. I wonder if they think they can skate on by with Mr. Nemis as the front man for their own QC errors.

It would appear to me that it is entirely up to SGS to disclose what in fact happened, and how that is being corrected. Silence on their part going forward does nothing to help their company. Mistakes happen, human error happens, and calibration errors can happen-but a failure to immediately address this issue only leads to a few questions concerning SGS. HQ should have been flying in their own QC review team with additional personnel help at least by Friday-with a PR today explaining exactly, and in what detail, corrective steps were immidiately initiated...
