Johndefur I agree with you up to a point.

All the staking done by NOT, JV and BMK have been strickly on magnetics. They have been targetting the magnetic highs. With the exception of NOT the results for the other companies have not been stellar but have provided good sniffers. If you look at the mag map Eagle One seems to be on the edge of a "bullseye" magnetic high and not contained in the middle of a strong mag trend. I think MKRs statement is a tad cocky but I do like seeing other companies taking a different approach to the area. (Out of the box thinking always helps innovation)

Your comment about their being many and varied Geophysical surveys since 2003 is a little inaccurate. With the exception of data published in assessment reports by KWG, Spider, Probe, Noront, BMK and others which only cover their claims there are only 2 regional surveys conducted over the entire area (the mag survey by the OGS and the gravity survey by GSC). If you read through the assessment reports all the above companies even mention the lack of data available for the area. I think it is a little too early to say exactly who has the "best" land. So far Noront is sitting on primo land but we'll only know with time as more and more truth sayers (i.e. drills) are on the ground.
