HSS:

according to the latest IFS (2008 Jan. 31)Noront´s 75% Mid-Matra interest has been taken over by Jamie Frontier Resources and Noront will retain a 1,5% Net Smelter Royalty.

So most likely there will be not a big impact on the share price, even if this property turns out to be another winner (unless Jamie doesn´t meet the agreement criteria).

Location:
Mid-Matra Region near Paradsasvar village northeast of Budapest

Minerals:
Copper, zinc, lead, molybdenum, gold and silver

Summary:
This exploration agreement covers approximately 30 square km and was recently granted to Noront's partners on behalf of Noront. After Noront has spent three times (approximately $60,000) the cost of the permit acquisitions, Noront will have earned a 75% interest in the property. Noront will act as Operator to continue the exploration work with costs being shared on a 75%-25% basis.

Project

why i ask that is because there a many indications of polymetallic deposit of copper, zinc, lead, molybdenum, gold and silver in Paradsasvar. This area was explored in 1998-2004 by other companies. ZNCO had indicate that significant widths of favourable grade zinc, lead, copper, silver and gold mineralization is full in this area. There is many new data and many samples are on the labs.

I personally think that this will be good for the share price and i will follow this project very very close.
