Well, I just took a look at the financial filings for the two firms at SEDAR. My impression of Nemis' role at Goldeye is that of being the sole director of a buddy's small exploration company. Since 1996, Nemis owns no shares, and has received no compensation. At Tribute, his role is more substantial, but there are numerous other parties involved, most with more substantial holdings than his. Nemis has been a dirctor since 2003 (i.e. since before he got involved in the ROF), and he holds shares and warrants combined at about 800,000 shares. If he's stretched thin, that's the way he's been running things for some years.
