rhammer,

excellent first post on the winter roads. i have heard some very affordable prices per mile to build these roads quoted on this board in the past, however you probably have a good handle on current costs per mile. ( i think many will be shocked how cheap these are to build, even when you build a 100 miles worth).

so, could you give an estimate of worst case scenario how many miles of road we would need and how much (actually how little) it will cost to build for the purpose you mention.
