Yes McGuinty will be tied up in the Toronto area for 3-4 years with an 11 million dollar environmental study on a new 400 class highway from NewMarket to Guelph and another one west of Hamilton,sure would like to have a job like that in my hay day ..

Leave home at 8 get to work by 9 coffee break at 9.30 drive to Tim Hortons (goverment vehicle and free gas)back by maybe 11 .in office meeting for 3/4 hour then 2 hour lunch ,back by 2 ,then take a drive through the country look at some cows and trees then head back to the office in time to check out by 4 and head for home .

I doubt that environment study will be complete in 4 years
