Supply is reported to be tight from a variety of sources... Here's one for now.

I think we need to pay close attention to the metallurgical considerations and economics of known reserves/resources.

I am no chrome expert, but there seems to be different types of grades or types of chromite ore. I believe the attractiveness of the RoF chrome may rest here, and in physical deposit characteristics, i.e., grade and width. The latter are an important consideration, particular in light of high fuel/energy costs, which are one of the major cost considerations for mining operations. The less ore you have to move and prcess to realize X amount of a metal, the more attractive the investment, obviously.

I still think you're missing something in your supply/demand analysis...
