I was an Aurelian share holder for some time and was dissappointed with what happen with the Kinross deal. When that was happening I posted on NOT's website that we could be a target for a takeover. It was largely dismissed by some posters here. Well, here we with a proxy vote to save our management. I am very concern now and you should be also cause Kinross did eventually have enough shares to take over Aurelian.
