From his willingness to overthrow the current board of directors, I would say "No, definately not." I would keep his influence as far away as possible. Nothing adds up with this attempted rogue take over. If Rosseau was so unimpressed with where this company was heading, then what is he doing holding 10% of the outstanding shares? He should have sold out and moved on long ago. This is an obvious scam attempt and must be voted down. Keep Rosseau's board takeover away at all cost.
