Hi all

Have been away for a while and saw this message from Agoracom regarding this mornings news.

Which news are they refering to?
Is it this issue about Rosseau and the AGM or did they release something else?

Not sure how to vote when my shares are in an unknown Canadian custody acount via my brooker/bank.

How many percent of the sharecapital do the need to get their porposals through or is is enough with a simple vote at the AGM (does it only take more yes votes than no votes to get it through)?

Does anybody know how the "big" guys a going to vote?
