Very interesting perspective Shaquille! Perhaps this would lend itself to a decision by management to search for a buyin by a competing major that is not involved in this takeover. They could announce that this other major will take a perhaps 9 percent stake in Noront, but hinging on retaining the current board of directors. This tactic could certainly bring Sprott, McEwen, Genuity on board for Noront management. Perhaps Noront is already pursuing this course of action. If not, it should be suggested to them.
