Just to throw out a bone here, but I wonder if today was an orchestrated manipulation on the behalf of Rousseau and their supporters to scare investors to vote with their yellow proxies.

By driving the price down, they can make it appear that no matter what great news comes out of the current BOD, the market feels that Nemis et al are incapable of running the company. It is total rubbish of course - Nemis is king!

I suspect that tomorrow will see the pendulum swing higher, after the proxy deadline passes at 1030EST.
