By the way, for those who have not been able to cast their votes online or through other means, there is another way - you can attend the meeting and vote their, or you can assign as a proxy someone who will attend the meeting on your behalf. There are likely a number of people here who will vote on your behalf, if you ask around.

Instructions for this should be included within your proxy package.
