Ever read the book from John Cleese (you know the one from Monthy Python, Meaning of Life, Fawlty Towers etc...) called "How to survive your family". I recommend it.

It's about his mental dark period. It's written in an ask/answer dialogue type of style, between him (patient) and his psychiatrist.
