I have the same feeling about the JV claims with Probe. I have spoken to both sides and my feeling is that they all had a good idea about what is in the ground. When Richard was at the helm the Probe camp was very vocal about how Noront was being run. Clearly, the folks at the Probe camp welcomed the new management team at Noront. Why? Simply put, the old team was not willing to negotiate a fair deal.

It's my feeling that if something is fought over it must be worth something. Did both camps have advanced data on the JV site? Did NOT delay Probe from drilling so that they could buy time to line up the next set of releases for E1? I believe Probe has some targets and it's not all chromite.
