A lot happened in May, 2009.

Noront Drilling DE1

Noront -probe agree on JV in May

Who is south and west of Not?

Probe has a little piece west of DE1

FNC is south of DE1 (experieced higher volume Mid May)

TME/BMK JV is south of FNC.

In May pinetree bought MORE BMK now controls 16.5%. Pinetree bought more TME in May also. Now controls 13.2 % .

A lot happened in May....Not just May flowers after April showers
