"If it is, then some of these deep, 500m wide conduits can potentially be worth more than the VB (Ovoid is about 800m x 500m)."

Now, hold on, 500m wide conduit?, that's a stretch, or is it?"

But, is it a couple of pools in a conduit, or one big pool, from which Eagle1 has broken off of and inverted (110 degrees).

Remember, they were drilling this hole down what they thought would be at or near the contact area between the conduit and surrounding rock. They describe it as the keel of the conduit. This contact point would not be uniform or straight. Could they not have simply come in and out of it at two separate times? The drill was limited to 1000m. How many more times would they have hit if they could drill 2000m? At what point does the conduit start to turn into the main pool? We had indications of a ghost bridge down there. We have indications of something at depth under FNC C!. All I know is that if there is a pool down there and it is similar grades to what we have so far, Voisey's will pall in comparison. Remember when they finally hit (hole 160?), they had cut the edge of it a couple of times, with only 1-2 meters of nickel and ignored it. We are at that point now. Once we have the assays, hole 49 could top hole 160 at voisey's easily.

At any rate the main reason for hole 49 is to do down hole geos, which are probably close to completion by now. They are doing rush assays, which are for nickel, not chrome, so should be along shortly. We were getting nickel/copper assays within 2 weeks at the start, when the labs were a lot busier than they are now. The next 2 months are going to be interesting.

Regards

K
