All of these houses except Desjardins I consider Institutional...When institutions are the biggest buyers and retail are the biggest sellers, I like my odds of short/med term upside. Add this to our knowledge of the ROF and I believe our near term propects have not looked this good since they announced Eagle 2 has landed!
