O/T: winter road to Web

posted on Jul 29, 09 02:03PM

Notster, I got the impression earlier that you were planning a trip to Web via Marten Falls. I thought regular winter road supply route was the long way around, via Pickle Lake/Northern Ontario Resource Trail. Do you know if that has been changed for winter 2009/2010? Would you suggest a snow machine over 4WD on these winter roads? Are there winter road connections from Web to ROF camps? So far, I'm curious, but the way things are moving, might want to take the plunge.
