I don't understand what Mr Irwin being embarrassed has to do with whether we get a tsx listing or not.

He is a shareholder just as you or I am. A large one, but just a shareholder nonetheless. He did organize a proxy vote to try and unseat the BOD, but was only successful in forcing a compromise board.

I am unsatisfied that we do not have a listing as yet, but I don't think anyone gives a damn what I think, as I am only one shareholder. Ditto for Mr Irwin.
