BNN Interview and Private Placement

Question to forum:

During the interview a question was raised concerning the recent private placement.

Mr. Hanson answered by saying that an offer was on the table. Does this mean that the market came to Noront and not vice versa?

Maybe this is why the PP was filled in 1 1/2 days.
