TSX & NOT: another Import Post

It is interesting that posts on other sites are asking the same questions about NOT's TSX listing.

Given the building potential of all ROF, seemingly non critical aspects could suddenly turn into crucial manipulated SP and timing/control tactics.

Anyway, the following was posted by 'lor'.

"Chief, I remember reading that NOT's management & board were ask "Have you already applied for and filed an application to be listed on the TSX?" and the reply they received was, we can't comment on that at this time. Most thought that NOT was under a gag order by the TSX until they decided if they qualified or not for the listing. So, does anyone knows what would stop NOT from commenting on where they are with filing for TSX listing?"
