to those who traded on the big or small boards on the exchange over the past years,we all realize that the month of October is extremely touchy as well as dangerous.Usually,a lot of shareholders either pull out or pull back until the picture is cleared up by next month.So why don;t we just sit and wait instead of planting more fear to some bewildered shareholders.
