As for the 4 to one share exchange, my opinion is OK , for sure even better if 3.5 share :1 , but since I hold both shares, there is minor difference ..the major obstacles will be the different culture in management..

I hate to see FWR management gone, they are better management than Noront to retail investors.

Hope FWR and Cliff start to consolidate SPQ and KWG first, then with Noront .

Most of us expect like this will happen, it is not a surprise .
