.....Why would I, as a shareholder of FWR, consider this great 'gift' of NOT shares. What would I then have? I would have lost the opportunity to see Mac take FWR to it's logical conclusion...a sale to a major for 'decent' money! Mac is the one I trust here....NOT Wes and his band of merry suits. NOT has been shady ever since the proxy vote. I don't trust the BOD of NOT, and since they brought in Wes, I don't really trust him yet...maybe in time. Do you trust them to give you full value for your NOT shares down the road?....or will there be dilution and cheap options for insiders, like the mess at AUR. And yes, I hold both NOT and FWR.

.....when Mac & Co say "Okay, it's a good deal", that's when I'll consider selling, trading, consolidating, blending.....
