We can fight all day about whether 4:1 is right or wrong but the reality is that FWR is now worth 50 cents. Not bad for a stock that opened the week at 31.5 cents. Add to that the fact that you can buy a 50 cent stock at 44 cents tells me that those that love FWR should be buying and voting yes. I'm going to do both.
