So will the resource be together if Cliffs buys NOT after they buy FWR's ROF holdings?

Think of it this way, have you bought any car parts lately? Buy one in parts and see where the value is.....

Would you buy parts and build the car or would you just buy the car?

Whoever these guys are, it appears they don't want to buy the parts, they want this car assembled and hopefully we (NOT and FWR SH) can all do the same.
