Whoops! Terribly sorry for the mangling of your screen name!

Yes, when I looked for the link for the "Due Diligence", I realized that it would *not* be apparent to newcomers, and that the hub was definitely lacking any welcoming information for newcomers. That's exactly why I recommended the creation of an prominant FAQ link in the same post (since I am Internet-centric).

Sorry if I came off as sounding superior. If anything it's a reflection of *my* frustration with the current situation on this hub, which Agoracom is going to fix (THANKS, AGORACOM!).

BTW, did you visit the "Due Diligence" link?
