E1a is irregular in shape, is 225m deep and averages about 13,000 tonnes of nickel ore per meter. E1b and c extends from 300m down to what a former press release says as "being defined at the 1500m level". Now I don't know what shape this 1200m extension is but the schematic of the Oct 20 press release shows it is about 50m thick. Todays press release says it is 100m in the other direction which is double my impression from last week. If this extension has the same ore per meter as E1, than there is approx 15,000,000t there. Even if it were half that amount we would have 7.5 million tonnes which when added to the approx 3 million in E1a, we have over 10 million which most here have been saying is the critical mass.

Also, Wes has said that this orebody is a textbook underground mining opportunity. Remember Hole 49 went straight down and wandered in and out of the footwall. If this were a shaft, you would need minimal adits to access the ore, minimal ventilation requirements. It appears to be a regular shaped orebody so no chasing around ore through a maze of tunnels. This greatly helps economic feasibility. I think the casual mention of the 50 by 100m is great news.

And then theres the gold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
