It sounds like NOT is just going to sit back and wait.

FWR may end up like that lone farm house surrounded by the community all around. You know the ones I'm talking about. The farmer that wanted more money for his property then it was worth. The builder says LOL, not problem, you don't want to take fair market value plus a premium like all your neigbours around you. OK, I'll just build around, then you will never get what you want.

This "no counter offer" will make for a very interseting next two weeks.
