You are good. You sold your FWR shares at $0.44 in 2008. Your timing is impeccable. As per the following (taken from the TSX-V) here are the historical FWR trades from 2008:

In total GleeGee, FWR hit an intra-day high or closed above $0.44 four times in 2008. You are either an incredibly lucky person, very good at what you do, or...

GleeGee, just wanted to save you the grief of digging through your tax records but if you are so inclined...

Storm, you were incorrect in that FWR has not been above $0.35 last couple of years. It has been on close roughly 20 times. Having said that, each time has bee predominantly on NOT's coat tails.
