Nearly all of this is rationalisation of a low SP. The word they is thrown around all the time as if they i.e. the BOD can control the SP. For the most part they can't at all. there are millions and millions of shares out there owned by thousands of shareholders with different agendas. the sp will go up when the news is compelling enough on its own
