I have yet to see this scenario. If noront does acquire fwr, approximate dilution would be over 20% . An entity could feasably pick up a large controlling position for under $2 a share. I wonder what the price per share would be to accumulate this position on the open market. Please correct me if the math is fuzzy.

ps. why has this board become so corrupted? Can anything be more terrifying to a BOD than retail banding together and actually having a say or influencing a vote . Wish I could be more cryptic Joe.
