Yeh! and my money as well.

And given the timing of this, the SNC Contract is only seen as a Offer tactical Ploy , so as to supposedly help prop up the NOT SP untill they finish themselves off, should this offer Fail, as is so apparent being the situation at present.

Wonder what NOT's Plan G could possibly be?
