Can't get past your bias.

I don't see any bias in that post. It was well thought out and more importantly, true. NOT has initiated this takeover and therefore, has a need to give reason to FWR shareholders to tender their shares. FWR needs to give reasons not to tender. So far, neither company, in my opinion has done a great job of that, but we still have a couple weeks left. We'll see what happens.
