noront would not make this offer if they didn't think they could win. three things that make me think that could turn the tables in nots favor. FIRST--- they have something{assays} that will make their sp move up and in turn bring fwr up. SECOND--- they could have a possible buy in by a major that will bring up their sp and fwr's. THIRD--- they need 66% to win this. so who are the big boys holding shares. there is maybe a few but we know of at least one--- clf's. if they excercie their options at .45 they have around 9.5%. this would be a good start. so as time moves along there is no clear way yet, but there still is alot that could happen before the 18TH. so i beleive not is very serious about this take over because if they are not they are wasting alot of cash!!!! P.S. WES and the BOD have been around the block and i believe they know exactly what they are doing. the trip to africa is just too timely.
