Sounds like she's interested now.

If memory serves correctly, a poster who played in Jim Voisin's foursome at the golf tourney related a story that Jim thought that the ROF would be big news by the end of 2009. I might be totally out to lunch in my recollection, but I thought I read this here in Sept. although don't remember the poster's name. Anyone have a similar recall of this idea?

Things popping into my mind- the chromium consultants scheduled to speak at a conference/luncheon earlier this year suddenly bow out; Wes & Co. travel to S. Africa in Aug.; the same day the 'merger' is announced, either that day or the next the motion by Noront to cease trade on the FWR shareholders rights plan is filed; Cliffs buying into FWR & KWG; Cliffs buying out US Steel Canada & Arcelor Mittals interests in Wabush iron ore mine in NL; 'indigenization' of businesses in Zimbabwe and blocking of export of unprocessed chromite ore; electricity supply problems in S. Africa and the health problems of the workforce including AIDS- a lot of seemingly disconnected ideas having a common theme and that theme is an establishment of a vertically integrated N. American based supplier of all the components needed in steel production. With the ageing infrastructure existing in N. America what better thing to have than all the components of the steel making process right in your own back yard and you owning outright or having a controlling interest in all of it.

Just musings on a Saturday afternoon.
